Our Principal
Nicole Santora-Joseph graduated cum laude from Regent University in Virginia (B.S. Christian Leadership and Business Management). She has pursued advanced studies in Family Psychology, Children’s Psychology, and Crisis Management, as well as Educational Leadership.
As an ordained minister, Pastor Nicole has been employed by Faith Ministries for 10 years, acting in various leadership and management roles. She has a passion to uplift and encourage this generation of students, regardless of their age or background, to become all that God has destined them to be. Pastor Nicole values the importance of balancing education with everyday life. It is her vision to not only equip students academically but also emotionally and spiritually throughout their time at Faith Preparatory School.
