College Prep and Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment 

Faith Prep offers a dual enrollment opportunity through Post University to students in high school. Students who meet the requirements to participate can earn high school and college credit for various academic classes. Post University offers the full catalog of courses to our students! Students have to be recommended by the administration to participate in dual enrollment.

Recommended courses (3 Credits - $150 per course)

    - ENG 110 College Writing

    - ENG 130 Literature and Composition

    - MAT 120 College Algebra

    - HIS 201 U.S. History 1

 

Elective Class Credits (3 Class Credits - $195 per class)

    - PSYCH 112 Introduction to Psychology

    - COMM 113 Introduction to Mass Communication

    - PHIL 110 Introduction to Critical Reasoning

College Prep 

Students in 10th and 11th grade are placed in a weekly class that focuses on college prep. This class is designed to help students prepare for the college admissions process along with SAT preparation. In this class, students will learn strategies for SAT success, as well as gain valuable insights into the college admissions process. The class covers everything from choosing the right college to writing standout application essays.
